Sports Neuropsychologist; degree in Psychology from Ramon Llull University of Barcelona, ​​PhD from INEFC in Barcelona, ​​Master in Psychology of Physical Activity and Sport from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, ​​European Master in Sports Coaching from Euroinnova Business School, Master in Sports Performance: Technology and High Level (RETAN) by the INEFC of Barcelona, ​​Master in Sports Nutrition and Dietetics by the UPE. Currently, associate professor, director and board member of TFG at UPF; professor and head of tutorials for the degree in Science and Technology Applied to Sport and Fitness (CTEF) at EUNCET; collaborator, author of a module, director and board member of TFM at the UOC; and has a private practice as a sports psychologist and psychotherapist. In the latter, he works individually and in groups, both in person and at a distance (mail, mobile, WhatsApp, Skype, ...) with the person and / or the athlete and their specific sport, with teams, coaches and managers; always evaluating and taking into account individual differences and preferences to make an intervention as effective and efficient as possible.
