Grants and Scholarships

If you are awarded an exchange place at a university participating in the Erasmus + program, you can apply for this grant.

Through this scholarship program, Banco de Santander complements the Erasmus + program 

Grant amounts:

• 2 scholarships of € 2.000 for Erasmus + students who have the best academic records and who have received a general MECD scholarship the previous year or have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%.
• 40 scholarships of € 500 for students with the best academic records, giving priority to those who have received a general scholarship from the MECD during the 2021/22 academic year or who have a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%.

Requirements

• Be a student of an official degree either at UPF or one of its affiliated centres.
• Have been selected as an exchange student for the 2022/23 academic year at a university participating in the Erasmus program.
• Have an average mark of participation in the ordinary call for international mobility 2022/23 equal to or greater than 6.5 (6 for engineering).
• The academic mobility stay offered must be at least 3 months.

How and when to apply

Eligible students must register at Santander scholarship portal, before March 15, 2022 to apply for the scholarship.

This grant is compatible with other scholarships.

Deadline: The submission deadline is one month from the day after the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Import *: 200 euros per month according to the length of stay (maximum six months).

The purpose of the scholarships is to partially cover the costs of students receiving exchange and mobility places during their stay at universities with which the TecnoCampus has signed bilateral agreements outside Europe.

The total amount to be distributed is 10.000 euros sponsored by Sabadell Consumer Finance (SAU) and TecnoCampus.

In Erasmus Mobility for internships there is a maximum of 3 months (not cumulative to the previous ones). The grants are:

• Group 1: 460 € / month
• Group 2: 410 € / month
• Group 3: 360 € / month

The final amounts of the scholarships will be established according to the actual duration of the physical mobility activities. In any case, it will be financed for a maximum of 5 months, based on the amounts in the following table:

* Will be consideredstudents with fewer opportunities students who have enjoyed a general MECD scholarship or a scholarship from the Department of Education of the Basque Country to pursue university studies during the 2021-22 academic year or students who have a legally recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%.

Students with fewer opportunities will also receive a travel grant, based on mileage and according to the following table:

² Travel to the destination country by means of low-emission transporte on the main section of the route (for example, bus, rail or car-sharing) will be considered an eco-friendly trip.
