Program to quickly identify if your idea in an early stage is feasible, or if it should be modified o discarded, to start with another entrepreneurial project.  

Work on your idea during one month with the support of experts, tutors and business mentors from ASENCAT and sustainability mentors from our Chair of Circular Economy and Sustainability.

Define what is the value proposition of your idea, how it solves your customers' needs, and what makes it unique. Go deeper into your purpose ?

 

Structure the way your idea generates, delivers i captures value: how do you monetize, how do you relate to them? customers, the first numbers and more. Make sure it is sustainable financing model, creating economic impact, social i environmental ?

Find out who are your customers and interact with them to confirm your hypothesis ?

Learn a fundamental aspect for any startup: how to sell.

Align purpose, vision, workflow, rolls, expectations and more, through a Team Agreement.

Show all yours advances with a successful pitch ??

If your project is feasible we will make a roadmap and you can apply to the Preincubator and all the resources that best suit your needs to develop your idea.
