Description


The course puts the student in contact with the basic legal notions, as well as the legal terminology in the field of commercial and labor law.
Apply the commercial legislation in the practical cases that are in the economic reality. Observe law as a social instrument that limits relations and
labor legal business.

 The classroom (physical or virtual) is a safe space, free of sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic and discriminatory attitudes, either towards students or teachers. We trust that together we can create a safe space where we can make mistakes and learn without having to suffer the prejudices of others.

Learning outcomes


Apply knowledge about law and its implications in the economic field. In particular, on the law of contracts with economic relations and
ambn labor relations.

Working methodology


MD3. Presentations. Multimedia formats that support face-to-face classes.

MD7. Case study. Dynamics that starts from the study of a case, which serves to actualize the student in a specific situation, the teacher can propose different activities, both individually and in groups among students.

MD9. Solving exercises and problems: Non-contact activity dedicated to solving practical exercises based on the data provided by the teacher.

MD11. Non-contact tutorials. For which the student will have telematic resources such as e - mail and ESCSET intranet resources.

Learning activities


Continuous attendance at the different sessions
Personal work by reading the recommended texts, carrying out exercises, writing assignments and personal study of contents and procedures
Work with the teacher and other groups of students in class
Work with your research and defense group in front of other classmates and teacher

 

 

 

Evaluation system


It will consist of continuous assessment, with the following percentages:

10% of the grade for attendance and attitude in classes. Failure to attend 20% of classes will result in the loss of this 10%.

30% Work and oral presentation of the different cases that can be studied throughout the course. Is mandatory to submit all exercises if we want to have the right to have this 30% applied to us and achieve a 5 in the average grade of the exercises that the student has had to develop.

60% of the grade will be obtained from the final exam of the term. A minimum grade of 5 out of 10 is required to average with the other continuous assessment grades of the term.

RECOVERY EXAM if the subject is suspended, only the parts corresponding to the final exams (60%) can be recovered, the grade of the activities carried out during the course will be kept. Minimum grade of the recovery test must be 5 out of 10.


A student who has not applied for the first call CANNOT apply for recovery.
