Description


- Techniques to exercise leadership and communication over others. These techniques are grouped into different modules such as negotiation, conflict resolution, time management, emotional intelligence, technical study decision-making, teamwork and communication techniques.

- Manual and IT strategies for searching, reading, interpreting, managing and communicating the information contained in a document susceptible of academic use (text, image, map), including knowledge of the main academic conventions relating to the formalized exhibition of continguts mitjançant la pràctica de l'expressió oral i escrita en llengua catalana i castellana.

The classroom (physical or virtual) is a safe space, free of sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic and discriminatory attitudes, either towards students or teachers. We trust that together we can create a safe space where we can make mistakes and learn without having to suffer the prejudices of others.

Working methodology


MD1. Master class: Face-to-face and expository zoom sessions based on the teacher's explanation in which all students enrolled in the subject attend.

MD3. Presentations: Multimedia formats that support face-to-face classes.

MD7. Case study: Dynamics that starts from the study of a case, which serves to contextualize the student in a specific situation, the teacher can propose different activities, both individually and in groups, among their students.

MD8. Role-playing games: Simulation dynamics in which each student plays a role specified by the teacher. As a "role", you will have access to specific information and must "play" its bases, according to the rules of the game, to resolve or experience the reference situation of the dynamics.

Evaluation system


  • Participation in the activities proposed in the classroom: Timely participation that adds value to the topics discussed. Consultations with the teaching staff on guides and methodologies for the best development of the assignments. Active participation in debates, either in face-to-face classes or through the virtual forum. Preparation and resolution of practical cases. Design and participation of practical sessions. Compulsory class attendance. It represents 10% of the final grade and is non-refundable.
  • Individual and/or group work. It will be taken into account: Timely delivery; Full and adjusted contents; Quality in presentation. It represents 20% of the final grade. Not recoverable.
  • Exhibitions 10% of the final mark. Not recoverable.
  • Test-type final exam. It represents 60% of the final mark. Compulsory attendance at the first call to be able to appear for recovery.
