Description


At the end of the course, the student will be able to:

  • Identify and know the different elements that must be taken into account when implementing a web project.
  • Know the possibilities of the different current digital platforms according to their uses as well as the relationship between the different elements that optimize their use based on a specific purpose.
  • Install, configure and manage a web platform, both in terms of the use of those elements specific to each content manager and the ability to edit elements using code.

Topic 2. The web project. UCD

Item 3. The web project. Wordpress

  • Introduction to Opensource Content Managers.

Evaluation system


Written face-to-face tests (40%)

  • 20% SE4. Part HTML & CSS
  • 20% SE4. Web part & CMS

Continuous assessment activities (60%)

  • 40% SE1 + SE2 Web Project 
  • 20% SE1 + SE2 HTML & CSS activities

NOTE:

  • It is necessary that the grade resulting from the face-to-face written tests be equal to or higher than five to be able to make an average with the continuous assessment. (The minimum mark for each of the two face-to-face written tests must be 4 to be able to average them).
  • In the recovery period, only 40% corresponding to the written face-to-face tests can be recovered. Continuous assessment activities are not recoverable.
