What is the complaints channel?​​​​​​​

It is a secure communication channel which arises from the convenience of offering a space that allows you to be aware of any action or omission contrary to the law.

Includes mechanisms to guarantee the confidentiality and anonymity of all information and offers a safe communication space to maintain contact with the managing body and know the processing status. 

Anyone  that has a relationship with the Institution (employment relationship, statutory, already terminated (scholars, volunteers, participants of a  selection process, representatives of workers, relatives of the informant, etc. ) can provide informationwithout suffering reprisals.

This, is the priority channel for receiving complaints, without prejudice to admitting communications through other channels; by phone, via voicemail (93.169.65.54) or in person.

About the complaints channel of the Local Public Business Entity Parc TecnoCampus

Pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of Law 2/2023, of February 20, the Local Business Public Entity, by agreement of its Board of Directors of last May 17, 2023, joined the Internal System of Information from the City Council of Mataró.
