The European Association for International Education(EAIE) is the European centre of expertise, networking and resources in the internationalization of higher education. A non-profit, member-driven organization serving individuals who are actively involved in the internationalization of their institutions.

EAIE's 32nd Annual Conference and Exhibition will take place from September 13 to 16 in the vibrant city of Barcelona, ​​Spain. Europe's biggest international educational event of the year at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. Taking advantage of the international meeting of universities (EAIE), the TecnoCampus received on Monday 12 September the visit of 35 representatives of different universities, most of them our partners, from countries such as Germany, Finland, Chile or Argentina.

The visit consisted of a presentation in the foyer of the Auditorium and a guided tour of different laboratories and the startup incubator. Presentation of the Work Plan of the International Network of Entrepreneurial Universities The visit also served to hold a meeting with the International Network of Entrepreneurial Universities, of which the TecnoCampus is one of the driving entities.

The network is made up of nine universities from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Spain and Peru, which share the same vision on entrepreneurship, innovation and territorial development. During the meeting, the 2022-2023 Work Plan was presented, based on six priorities: 1) Training in entrepreneurship, 2) Methodologies and tools for the management of entrepreneurship, 3) Presentation of projects to calls (for financing of the network), 4) Indicators of university entrepreneurship, 5) Funding for entrepreneurship and 6) Communication strategy and positioning of the network.

The plan was presented by the general director of the TecnoCampus, Josep Lluís Checa, and was attended by representatives of the National University of the Northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires and the National University of the South (UNS), from Argentina; the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, in Chile; the ICESI University of Cali and the University of the North (UNINORTE), from Colombia and the University of Piura, from Peru. Entrepreneurship managers from UNINORTE and UNS are extending their visit to the campus throughout the week, with the aim of generating synergies and exchanging good practices. The representation of TecnoCampus on the Network is carried out by University Entrepreneurship of the park.
