Today, the TecnoCampus made the first public presentation of the "Strategic Plan 2027", approved by the Board of Trustees of the Mataró-Maresme Foundation. This is a document drawn up based on the participation of the various agents of the park in a participatory process started at the end of last year and in which companies, students and other interest groups took part.

The plan is structured in three major axes that mark the lines of work of the institution for the coming years. One of the most ambitious challenges that arise is the launch of Professional Trainingl through training cycles. The idea is that these cycles are a later entry route to university degrees, so they will focus on the same themes: health, business, technology, audiovisuals and video games.

Strengthening the link with Pompeu Fabra University, reinforcing the singularity of entrepreneurship as the guiding thread of the park's activities or seeking recognition of the singularity of the TecnoCampus model in higher authorities such as the Generalitat to obtain funding are some of the challenges which are placed on the table. The first public presentation of the plan took place this morning, to which the park's business community, made up of more than 100 companies, was invited.

The mayor and president of the TecnoCampus, David Bote, concluded by pointing out that "the plan wants to help companies, citizens and the social fabric to face the challenges of the future". The Councilor for Business and Employment, Sergio Morales, pointed out that "the alliance between the various agents that are part of the park will be crucial in the coming years", in which the TecnoCampus "faces a new cycle of growth", as pointed out by its general director, Josep Lluís Checa.

Today's event was completed with a presentation by the consultant Xavier Marcet, who has participated in the elaboration of the plan, and who has remarked that institutions such as the TecnoCampus will be crucial in the definition of what he has called "learning ecosystems", which will be differential at a time of boom in new technologies such as the intel artificial intelligence
