On October 29, the Fundació TIC Salut is organizing the seminar "Personal Health Record: Health in the hands of citizens" where we will learn about the different initiatives that currently exist in personal health records and how information can be structured and integrated.

ICTs, as transformative tools of health, require evolving from the development of solutions for the professional, the health center and the health provider, to the development of solutions for the citizen as owner of the information.

The Personal Health Electronic Record, or Personal Health Record, is the axis on which citizen access services to health must be developed. But how do we design these records so that they are accessible, understandable and allow us to agglutinate and order the information that the citizen collects from multiple sources?
