Today, Wednesday 30 June, the fifth edition of TecnoGames was held, which rewards the best works produced by students of the Degree in Video Game Design and Production and the double degree in Video Game Design and Production and Computer Engineering. The aim of the event is to show the work that has been done within the subjects of Creation and Development Project II and III, and highlight the work done during the third quarter of the 2020-2021 academic year. The event has been broadcast in online format, and all the projects that have been presented can be seen here.

In this year's edition, there have been four video games that have stood out and won all the TecnoGames awards:

  • Award for Best Project Video Game II: Cat's Alley
  • Best Design Award: Balls of Steel
  • Best Art Award: The Lightkeeper
  • Award for Technical Excellence: The LightKeeper
  • Award for Best Sound System: Balls of Steel
  • Award for Best Video Game by Industry: Dartford Street
  • Award for Best Audience Video Game: Dartford Street
