The present project is born from the need to achieve specific objectives in relation to the definition of a talent framework in the city of Mataró in collaboration with Mataró City Council:
- The identification of talent and their interrelationships and interdependencies
- The construction of an initial proposal for a Talent Map of the city of Mataró
- A proposal for management and maintenance of Map information
To achieve these objectives, different actions are carried out:
- Analyze assets (institutions and people) of knowledge, capacities and competences of Mataró and its surroundings for the promotion of strategies and initiatives for the benefit of the city.
- Discover a talent map in the City, segmented by the areas of knowledge linked to the strategies and initiatives of the 2030 Urban Agenda.
- Identify key institutions and people that have knowledge, capacities and competences in each of these areas of knowledge.
- Identify inter-relationships and interdependencies between agents (individual, business and institutional).
- Contrast existing capacities, knowledge and potential with the needs/shortcomings identified for the definition of talent recruitment areas
- Design strategies and actions for recruitment, talent retention and promotion
