Talent map of the city
The aim of the project is to build a working framework for the construction of a talent map of the City of Mataró based on the definition of areas of knowledge, the design of participatory processes to identify agents and inter-relations and the use of tools to support the capture, management and maintenance of information, we work together with the Mataró town hall.
The present project is born from the need to achieve specific objectives in relation to the definition of a talent framework in the city of Mataró in collaboration with Mataró City Council:
- The identification of talent and their interrelationships and interdependencies
- The construction of an initial proposal for a Talent Map of the city of Mataró
- A proposal for management and maintenance of Map information
To achieve these objectives, different actions are carried out:
- Analyze assets (institutions and people) of knowledge, capacities and competences of Mataró and its surroundings for the promotion of strategies and initiatives for the benefit of the city.
- Discover a talent map in the City, segmented by the areas of knowledge linked to the strategies and initiatives of the 2030 Urban Agenda.
- Identify key institutions and people that have knowledge, capacities and competences in each of these areas of knowledge.
- Identify inter-relationships and interdependencies between agents (individual, business and institutional).
- Contrast existing capacities, knowledge and potential with the needs/shortcomings identified for the definition of talent recruitment areas
- Design strategies and actions for recruitment, talent retention and promotion
