Dear student, 

As part of the Welcome week's events, we would like to organize a Schedules' training session where you could work on your schedule with us and prepare your course timetable. We know that it might be tricky to find the schedules sometimes or even understand the PDFs or WebUntis app; that is why we have created this 45min session in case you need help with this. 

This event is not mandatory but recommended if you have doubts regarding that, as we will be addressing this together during the session.
