Grup de recerca en tractament del senyal
The Signal Processing group was created in 1995 at Escola Universitària Politècnica de Mataró. Initially it was only devoted to speech signals (coding, speaker recognition), but during the last years the research topics have been also extended to image processing and communications.
In 2009 it was awarded as consolidated research group by the Catalan government (GRC-1318), as well as in 2014 (GRC-533).
